Meet the Physicians

Dr. Daniel Kao MD

Doctor

Based in Flushing, Queens and Manhattan, Dr. Daniel Kao M.D. is a board-certified pain management and sports medicine specialist. Dr. Kao has a special interest in holistic pain management techniques and is a certified acupuncturist. Patients visit him seeking specialized treatment for various concerns, including sciatica, joint pain, spondylolysis, herniated discs, and arthritis. Dr. Kao is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Before establishing his practice, Dr. Kao earned his bachelor’s degree in biology and chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his medical degree from The Boston University School of Medicine.

Dr. Keyan Ma MD., PH.D.

Doctor

Dr. Keyan Ma has been practicing in the fields of Non-surgical Orthopedics, Sports Medicine & Pain Management, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Acupuncture and Acupressure for over 40 years. He trained as an Orthopedic Surgeon at the Medical Academy of Dusseldorf, Germany prior to completing his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell.
